Monthly Update

More Resources

Well, it has only taken me 5 months to write the "monthly" update! heehee. *smile* Is there any news over the last 5 or 6 months? Not really. lol. I think 'alot'(or should I say 'the lot') of us still have Bipolar DIsorder. We're still living with the same old 'ups and downs'. Our community is constantly undergoing updates and facelifts, thanks mostly to our dahhhhlinnnn' Vacua (who last heard has her own land named after her- thats how damn good she is..*wink*)

Bipolar Friends saw its One Year Anniversary! Coincidentally that corresponded to Christmas day, the 25th. The anniversary came and went fairly quietly...We also have a 'Dear Johnny' thread, (or rather 'Ask Johnny') which has yet to really take off. Maybe members are hesitant to come forward with their questions? It's a dandy opportunity though...(first time i've used that word?EEK)

My hope for the year 2002 is to see the expansion of Bipolar Friends Community---> both in content and in active membership. It's my hope that our current members feel confident enough to have a larger share and voice within their community.

Any and all feedback in ways the membership can be supported is both valued and appreciated.

Tell me your thoughts~ what is working, and what is not?

Whats New
Bipolar Friends Community Managers are still putting out our "Sporadic Newsletter"(editors are Johnnymd and Vacua). We've had a few issues so far, all of which are 'top-notch' in quality. In them you'll find articles written by the editors and other members within the community. There will be personal stories, articles on current issues within the mental health field and links to further information.

The call is often sent out amongst the membership to submit any articles for inclusion to our Sporadic Newsletter. Feel free to email any submissions to the managers.
